claude plugin install mattpocock-skills@claude-plugins-official作者推荐插件方式安装整套工作流；插件会包含同仓库的其他技能。
首次安装后，按作者说明在 AI 对话中运行 /setup-matt-pocock-skills 完成初始化。
安装完成后开启新会话，告诉 AI：“使用 setup-matt-pocock-skills 帮我完成［你的任务］”。客户端可能按任务自动加载技能，也可能提供技能选择或斜杠命令，以对应工具和作者说明为准。
